The Mainstay Manta is the most advanced and most efficient net cleaner in the market. It is designed to work with nature rather than against it. The system is neutrally buoyant and orientation-independent, meaning it neither sinks nor floats and has no tendency to right itself in the water. Six cameras provide the operator with full situational awareness. At the same time, the video stream is continuously analysed by our AI algorithm, scanning for holes and damage in the net. This reduces the operator's workload and increases the likelihood of detecting every hole. The Mainstay Manta is powered by five heavy-duty electric thrusters. Its unique hull design prevents the thrusters from flushing contaminated water from the cleaning process back into the cage. By altering the set-up according to conditions, cleaning pressure can vary from 60 bar (low pressure cleaning) to 250 bar, with waterflows up to 750 litres per minute. The Mainstay Manta is equipped for remote troubleshooting. As long as the machine is connected to the net, our technicians can access it remotely, diagnose issues, and assist with repairs.
